How To Fill Your Mental Jar With Glitter And Rainbows
Your mental jar is full, your day has been loaded with nothing but stress and havoc, so you hit the gym after work hoping against hope that it will make you feel better. Because right now you feel like crap. This workout is supposed to be the highlight of your day. It is supposed to fix everything.
Unfortunately … it is the opposite. Everything goes wrong. You feel weaker than normal, the weights aren’t moving like they “should”, and you break down.
You cry, you simply can’t take it anymore, it’s not fair, you DESERVE to have a good workout!
